Since the conversion from City Heights at the Gulf to Edgewater Point Apartments, I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the updates as well as current modifications that are occuring as we speak. First the most important improvement is the installation of cameras. We are thamful for this addition to our community. The rework of all the landscaping around the pool creates a much move inviting space. We are excited about the extension of our pool area, the new grill area, etc. I could go on and on about how our property has improved since July 2022 when you all took over management. We have been residents here since 2018 and this is the best this property has looked thus far on the outside. Now, the inside various updates like... new smoke detectors, new toilets, new AC controls, and new door weather stripping. All of these things area great and a welcome addition! I feel this is just the tip of the iceberg for more improvements. At this point signing my lease for another year will no longer be a debate.

Definitely a place worth moving into! Everything is well maintained & up to date. Maintenance is very professional & on time. Management is very nice & makes you feel at home. Great place at a very reasonable price!
